DOWN PAYMENT: 10% down payment immediately following auction. The down payment may be made in the for CONTINGENCY CLAUSE so be sure you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of paying cash at closing.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final contract price.
PURCHASE AND SALES CONTRACT: All successful bidders will be required to sign a Purchase and Sales Contract at the auction site immediately following the close of the auction.
DEED: Seller shall provide a Warranty Deed. Real estate sold subject to all rights of way, legal highways, leases, and easements.
